ArteNOM 1123 Barrica 1° Selección Cascahuín Tequila

This Terranova Spirits exclusive single cask of NOM 1123 Cascahuín Tequila was conditioned for less than a month in an American oak barrel that first matured Mexican brandy, then Don Amado mezcal, before its use here. Echoing a style of tequila popularized in the mid-19th century, the brief barrel exposure imparts a faint straw color to the spirit. Tropical on the nose with smoked pepper aromas, the palate is full of baking spices, almond, and licorice with just a touch of vanilla on the finish.
