- Double distilled using a combination of Kanosuke’s three Miyake copper pot stills
- Aged an average 3–5 years in a combination of re-charred Mellowed Kozuru rice shochu American oak casks, sherry casks, and ex-bourbon casks; non-age statement
- Delicate aromas of banana, lemon cake, and Japanese confection precede a rich palate of subtle ginger spice, candied quince, and camp smoke with a finish of salty sea air
- Gold medalist at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition

- Non-chill filtered; 48% ABV
