Our first pick of 2022 is here! @drinkhighwest Double Rye aged 1 year in a Grenache wine barrel.
Nose: Rich floral and sweet cheeries
Taste: Peppercorn forward with a leathery mouth feel… Also heavy notes of raspberry tart pastry
Finish: Long dry tobacco flavor and grapefruit
Recommendations: Neat, Manhattan cocktail, Olivia V Cigar or a tart dessert
