RCWS Savage & Cooke Single Barrel Bourbon

RCWS is happy to announce the release of our Savage & Cooke Single Barrel Bourbon pick.

Savage & Cooke was founded in 2018 by Dave Phinney, and is located on the historic Naval shipyard on Mare Island in Vallejo, Ca.

The RCWS Savage & Cooke pick is a single barrel (156B-2) 6 year bourbon sourced from MGP. The mash bill consists of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% barley. The bourbon was non chill filtered and bottled at cask strength with a proof of 119.6. While tasting the barrels, the RCWS admin team unanimously chose this barrel as a standout favorite….even Drew liked it.

This barrel yielded 180 bottles. The bottles will be $89.99 each with no limits.

With the purchase of each bottle, Savage & Cooke has generously included a complimentary tour of their distillery on historic Mare Island.

The Savage & Cooke single barrel will be available online on Wednesday, July, 21, 2021 at 5 pm, and ready for pick after 4pm on Friday, July 23, 2021. A tasting will be available at Roco’s on Friday as well.
