Nose: A balanced mix of fruit and grains… Think fresh seasonal fruit and oatmeal with a hint of vanilla

Palate: Fruity and tart, some cinnamon and spice but not overpowering. Cherry and white pepper vibes

Finish: a punch of Oak and baking spices and with a lingering dry citrus finish.

The fruit forward uniqueness of this rye would pair perfectly with a mild, Connecticut style cigar!
